Pentel 100W Marker
The Pentel 100W marker, also known as the “Pentel Shorty,” is another classic marker favored by writers for decades. The heavy-duty metal barrel is filled with opaque, permanent white oil-based ink that lays down thick solid lines from the 6mm bullet nib.
The Pentel 100W marks almost any surface including glass, metal, plastic, rubber, cardboard, and wood. The bright white paint is fadeproof and weatherproof, so your handstyles will last even in rain and direct sunlight.
The 6mm bullet-style nib is made from old school fiber, avoiding the issues associated with the synthetic white nibs, such as streaking and breakage while writing.
As a paint pump/valve-style marker, the 100W requires priming or “juicing” before use. Its longstanding popularity is a testament to its consistent performance and suitability for graffiti applications.
Dom –
4 out of 5 due to the fact that after not using the marker for a short while it seems that only the solvent or thinner or whatever is used to thin the paint inside comes through the nib at first. you have to juice the nib and write on a piece of cardboard or something to get the opaque white flowing again. nonetheless a classic marker worthy of keeping in your arsenal.
