Since 2006, we have been meticulously hand-mixing and bottling all of our Illadel Ink and paint products to ensure the highest standards of quality.

Our products are hand-crafted with care, utilizing the finest pigments, solvents, and lab-grade chemicals available, all sourced domestically within the USA. We take pride in our commitment to maintaining a hands-on approach, avoiding outsourcing to private label companies or opting for cheap overseas manufacturers. Each batch is carefully mixed and bottled by hand, adhering to the same precise process consistently while using the same recipes each time.

Each color of ink & paint is blended in small one-gallon batches, ensuring color uniformity for a consistent appearance with every application. While this method may take more time, we firmly believe that quality cannot be rushed.

Anyone can throw some pigments or dye and solvents into a bucket and make some ink or paint, but the end result will be subpar at best. We take our time mixing different materials, testing different colors and consistency, all to make sure the end result is the highest quality we can personally achieve. Rushing to get a new color or product out only increases the likelihood of mistakes, and a lower-quality product is all we would end up with.

When it comes to graffiti supplies, quality reigns supreme, at least as far as we are concerned. Today’s Market

The graffiti ink & paint products available on the current market are mostly all acrylic-based paint thinned down using either water or alcohol. While these products might look good on websites and social media posts, they fail to perform as promised and leave the customer disappointed. Not saying there’s anything wrong with water- or alcohol-based acrylics, they’re great for using in blackbooks and on stickers, but they will not last outdoors in the elements.

They are easily buffed, the colors either “bleach” or turn white from the sunlight and rain, or fade away completely. A graffiti ink should not quickly fade or be that easy to buff or remove from the surface. Just because the product packaging is eye-catching and has words like “Buffproof”, “Hard2Buff” or “Ultra-Permanent” printed on the label doesn’t mean it will have those qualities or perform as promised & advertised.

Some manufacturers know the quality of materials used is low quality but continue to sell their products and blame the retailers , saying they stored the merchandise incorrectly, or they blame the customer, claiming they added or mixed something into the ink or paint. This is bad business. If the materials used in the manufacturing process are cheap the end result is going to be low quality ink/paint inside of a dressed-up marker or mop bottle.

Alot of the larger distributors purchase their products from either manufacturers in China, because the manufacturing cost is ridiculously cheap, or from “private labeling” companies that make the same style of markers for dozens of businesses and simply put a brand label on the marker, which is the only thing that differentiates these markers from one another. And they charge a ridiculous markup/price to the customers.

Product Information

We keep two types of ink and two types paint in stock constantly. All four are of the highest quality and they all perform as advertised. The opacity on both ink and paint is solid & complete, and the consistency is perfect for however you decide to use either/or. If you want long skinny drips or clean, streak-free letters, all of our ink and paint will work perfectly.

Most similar products made on a larger scale are all either alcohol-based ink, water-based acrylic, or a combination of water and alcohol mixed with acrylic. Sure the acrylic paint looks good in the refill bottles and the mops, but the opacity varies heavily from color to color and acrylic-based paint can be easily buffed. All of our products are solvent-based for maximum flow, permanence, and fade and weather resistance.

Below is a breakdown of each of our ink & paint products, all available in mops, markers, and refills. Please keep in mind that the Colorz Premium Ink is currently only available in the Squeeze Mop and Slimline Mop. We do not offer refills of that ink due to cost of materials. Some customers confuse the Colorz Premium Ink with the Permanent Paint because a few of the colors are similar to each other, but they are two different products.

Black Label Ink
Black Label Ink is our crème de la gutter. A double-opaque, fadeproof, weatherproof, buff-resistant ink that will flow through any mop or marker you decide to use it with. The deep black ink dries to a matte finish and bleeds thru multiple layers of oil-based paint and primer. Solvent-based ink mixed with a few lab-grade chemical staining agents will keep your tags and handstyles stay right where you put them.

Black Label Ink not only bleeds thru layer after layer of buff paint, but is also re-activated when certain chemical cleaners are sprayed in an attempt to buff, causing the ink to spread all over the surface when someone attempts to wipe from the surface.

Besides being extremely buff-resistant, it also will not fade from rain or direct sunlight, keeping a fresh look for years on the street if left untouched. The original recipe was street tested in Arizona and Florida, both known for extreme heat and rain, and the ink held it’s deep matte finish, opacity, and buff resistance.

Black Label Ink can be used in any type of mop or valve marker, as well as capillary markers like the Jumbo Pilot, Sakura SG7, and any similar marker with felt or cotton filling in the barrel.

Colorz Premium Ink
Colorz Premium Ink is a highly-pigmented, solvent-based ink mainly designed for mops, but also works extremely well in valve markers, airbrushes, and application with a regular paint brush or sponge. Offering a vibrant spectrum, all colors are characterized by opacity, permanence, and fade resistance, ensuring they stand out amidst the common black, white, and silver tags and handstyles.

The bright and bold hues quickly dry to a semi-gloss finish, creating a visually striking effect on both light and dark surfaces. Colorz Premium Ink adheres to porous and non-porous surfaces, making it suitable for use anywhere. The intermixable colors provide the freedom to create custom blends, allowing for personalized artistic expression. Whether used indoors or outdoors, on canvas, paper, wood, metal, rubber, plastic, concrete, or glass, Colorz Premium Ink delivers consistent and impressive results.

Permanent Paint
Our Permanent Paint range consists of an oil-based palette featuring vivid and bold colors hand-crafted for optimal performance in both mops & valve-actuated/paint pump markers. Demonstrating industrial-grade permanence and fade resistance, this product ensures longevity while delivering an exceptionally smooth flow on any surface. Flawless application with no streaks, interruptions, or breaks in your letters, making thick, crisp, razor-sharp lines or loose, drippy handstyles depending on the pressure applied while writing.

These extra-heavily pigmented colors are made specifically to endure direct sunlight and inclement weather, making them a reliable choice for all your outdoor “artistic endeavors”.

24K Chrome (Illadel-Luxe Chrome)
The 24K Chrome is a solvent-based, light-reflecting metallic paint that dries quickly to a mirror finish. Made with an extra-heavy dose of real aluminum pigments, this paint is extremely bright and will pop on any light or dark-colored surface. It is the perfect consistency for clean, sharp letters or drip-to-the-floor tags.
