Below are the F.A.Q.’s, or Frequently Asked Questions that people seem to ask more than anything else.

All orders containing only graff supplies ship from the Philly/Delco area (Pennsylvania).

If your order includes both supplies and t-shirts then you'll receive two separate packages: one from us containing the supplies and the other containing the clothing, shipped from the printer, who is located in San Jose, California.

You do not have to pay for the shipping for both packages, we'll handle it. You only pay the shipping cost for the order total.

Any order that is placed before 2:00pm East Coast Time will ship that day (Monday-Friday).

All orders received after 2:00pm East Coast Time will ship the next business day.
The same goes for Saturdays and holidays.

All Domestic (USA) orders are shipped through the US Post Office and/or UPS Ground Service.

You have the option to select whichever shipping method you want at checkout: USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service.

All International orders are shipped through the US Post Office using 1st Class International Mail or Priority Mail Flat Rate.

For Domestic orders $75.00 or over, we offer FREE Standard Shipping (excluding orders containing spraypaint).

We process all major credit cards and debit/bank cards through Stripe Secure Online Payments.

We also accept CashApp direct payments for anyone who doesn't have a credit or debit card. Just e-mail us at this e-mail and we'll give you instructions on how to proceed with the order.

There is no possible way to estimate shipping time without knowing the exact weight and shipping address for your order.

We stopped using Paypal for a few reasons, mainly because they kept freezing our overseas customers' payments and because they do not protect sellers from fraudulent purchases.

Yes.

Every order shipped from Illadel.Ink includes a tracking number that you can use to track your order up until it is delivered.

All Instagram-only specials paid for with CashApp also come with tracking.

When you order from this website and we ship your order, you'll receive two separate e-mails with the tracking number: one e-mail directly from Illadel.Ink and one e-mail from the shipping courier.

If you don't see the e-mail after 24 hours make sure to check your spam folder.

Please allow the courier service at least 12-24 hours to process the tracking information.

Sometimes deliveries are shipped to the wrong sorting center, wrong state, get lost in transit, or whatever the reason may be.

99 out of 100 times the package is found and delivered, only a couple days late.

If your tracking number is not showing any new info or any movement you can e-mail the respective courier to have them locate the package.

There is nothing we can do on our end once the package is shipped and no longer in our possession.

Depending on what country you live in, customs may apply a VAT or brokerage fee to your shipment upon arrival. This tax is mandated by local authorities and is beyond our control.

Usually there is no fee or tax on smaller orders, but larger, heavy boxes will most likely have a customs fee or VAT tax attached that the customer must pay upon delivery.

Whatever address is entered in the shipping address field at checkout is the address the order will be shipped.

Once we pack up the order and drop it at the post office/UPS it is out of our hands and there is nothing we can do.

If your tracking number is showing the package was delivered to the address you entered at checkout then there is nothing we can do about it.

You need to contact the USPS/UPS and file a missing package claim.

Since they are the ones that are responsible for the package during shipping it is up to them to resolve the issue.

We do not issue any refunds for mistakes made by the shipping couriers.

If there are damaged items in your package/box when you receive it, you need to file a claim with the USPS/UPS claims department in order to be reimbursed.

We package everything as securely as possible when filling the orders and never [knowingly] ship damaged products.

If the package or box is ripped/damaged and any of the items inside are damaged or leaking, the respective shipping courier is responsible for reimbursement.

If the order has not been shipped yet we can cancel the order and refund the payment.

Once the order is already shipped we can not cancel it or refund the payment.

Yes and no.

We are very selective with who we sell our products to in wholesale quantities.

In the past we had some wholesale customers peel the labels off of our products and try to resell them as their own so we haven't really been selling wholesale/bulk orders.

We do not offer wholesale quantities/prices to "just anybody".

If you own a graffiti supply shop/storefront or website you can fill out this form with all your info.

Empty mops and markers we can sell but there is a minimum order quantity.
