Before placing your order please read the shipping information below.
Shipping Prices
Shipping price quotes are pulled directly from their respective carrier’s server so we have no control over the cost of shipping.
We did have the option to set the shipping prices to be displayed as “account pricing” instead of “retail pricing” to try & help reduce the high prices that the shipping couriers charge nowadays.
The “account pricing” is cheaper that the “retail pricing” by 5%-10%.
We also offer free shipping on all USA orders $75.00 and over that do not include spraypaint.
If your order is $75.00 or over (and doesn’t include spraypaint) you will see a “Free Shipping” option at checkout. Just select that option and shipping will be free.
Shipping Options
We use the United States Postal Service and FedEx or UPS Ground Service for all domestic and international shipping.
All orders that do not contain spraypaint will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage.
All orders that do contain spraypaint will be shipped FedEx or UPS Ground service.
The shipping options on this website automatically display the available shipping options depending on what you have in your cart. If there are any spraypaint cans in your cart only the Ground Shipping option will show as the available shipping option.
-ANY ORDER CONTANING SPRAYPAINT MUST BE SHIPPED GROUND SERVICE.
-IF YOU SELECT ANY OTHER SHIPPING OPTION BESIDES GROUND SERVICE THE ORDER WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE REMAINDER OF THE COST OF SHIPPING IS PAID.
-TO AVOID HOLDING UP YOUR ORDER BEING SHIPPED, PLEASE SELECT THE GROUND OPTION FOR ANY ORDER THAT CONTAINS SPRAYPAINT.
-THE US POST OFFICE DOES NOT SHIP AEROSOL PRODUCTS AND WILL RE-ROUTE YOUR BOX TO THEIR NEAREST SORTING FACILITY AND HOLD IT UNTIL SOMEONE PICKS UP THE BOX. IN THAT CASE YOU WILL HAVE TO PICK THE BOX UP. IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY.
-SHOULD THE COURIER HOLD YOUR BOX AT A PA FACILITY AND YOU LIVE IN CALIFORNIA THERE’S NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT.
-PLEASE (3rd time–>) SELECT GROUND SHIPPING IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS SPRAYPAINT. SELECTING A SMALL FLAT RATE BOX FOR CANS OF PAINT WILL ONLY CAUSE YOUR ORDER TO SIT & WAIT UNTIL YOU FIGURE OUT THAT YOUR ORDER HASN’T BEEN SHIPPED BECAUSE YOU CHOSE THE WRONG SHIPPING OPTION.
-IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH SHIPPING DUE TO THE CUSTOMER SELECTING THE WRONG SHIPPING OPTION, ADDRESS, ETC. WE WILL MAKE ONE ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER.
All orders that are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and FedEx & UPS Ground Service are automatically insured up to $100.00USD. If you want to purchase additional shipping insurance just e-mail us and we will find out how much it costs and take it from there. Illadel.Ink is not responsible for paying for additional insurance.
By default, all orders are shipped to the customer billing address. The option is available to have the order sent to a different address if needed.
Please be sure to include the correct shipping address at checkout to ensure you receive your order. We will not be held responsible for any mistakes made by the customer at checkout such as wrong address, city, state, etc. Also make sure to include the correct apartment, unit, suite number as well. Once the package leaves our possession we are no longer responsible for the package or its contents.
Delivery Times
For domestic orders (inside the USA) shipped using USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx/UPS Ground Service, delivery time is usually 1-5 business days.
USPS Priority mail usually takes 1-3 business days.
For international orders (everywhere else) shipped with USPS Ground Advantage, delivery can take anywhere from 10-20 business days.
USPS Priority International is usually 7-14 business days.
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number that the customer will receive via e-mail once their order has been shipped. If you can’t find the e-mail with the tracking info, be sure to check your spam folder. Please give at least 12-24 hours from when you receive the tracking number for any relevant information to show on the respective courier’s website. Below are the links to track your package.

You can also log into your account on this website, click order history, and attached to the last order placed there will be the tracking number link. Just click the link to find out when your package will be delivered.
