Black Cherry Squeeze Mop
The Black Cherry Squeeze Mop is your standard 2oz. squeezable mop with a 10mm durable nib that lays down solid, streak-free lines on any hard surface.
What separates Black Cherry from the other inks on the market is the fact that it goes on black, dries to a matte finish, but when the buffman paints over your tags or handstyles the black ink turns red (or cherry red).
This is from the Black Label Buffproof Ink line of products so you already know what’s up.
Besides coming out of the mop black & bleeding thru oil-based paints & primers a cherry red color, it also has another effect when used on already-buffed or painted surfaces. If you look at the images above you’ll see the textured finish the ink creates, kind of like a cracked letter fill.
This ink also outlines itself in red on certain surfaces like cardboard and wood, so the letters will be a solid black color with a thin red outline.
Permanent, opaque, fadeproof and weatherproof ink glides over any smooth surface and is the perfect consistency for long, skinny drips.
The ink adheres to both porous and non-porous surfaces as well as glass, plastic, painted metal, rubber, wood, cardboard, and more.
This is a one-of-a-kind Illadel exclusive from the old recipe book of inks we used to make back in the day.

Top quality as always.

loving this stuff. the blackness of the ink can be deceiving until its painted over. i tried some on my buff test board just to see how the red comes through and its nice and bright like if i used a red mop. i also did a chemical buff test with alcohol and it pretty much smeared around wherever i wiped the ink. not sure if that was intentional but definitely a deterrent for the buff man. 5 well-deserved stars.

Quite a unique ink, I’ve never seen a black ink turn a different color when buffed.
