The Black Label Refill & Empty Marker includes one Illadel 4oz. Black Label buffproof ink refill and one empty 20mm valve marker.

Ink is 2X opaque, fadeproof and permanent & bleeds through multiple layers of oi-based paint & primer. Available in 3 buffproof colors.

The pocket-sized marker has a 20mm T-Nib that lays down thick, sharp lines on any surface and can be replaced with a 15mm if needed.
