The OTR 4001 Empty Bullet Marker is a pocket-sized valve marker with an 8mm bullet/round nib that you can fill with your own home brewed ink or paint as well as the OTR Hard 2 Buff and Soultip Paint.

The plastic body holds 18ml of your favorite ink or paint and the durable nib marks any hard surface.

Easily refillable and the nibs are replaceable with both our 8mm round and/or 8.5mm chisel tip nibs.
