Illadel Ink is the owner/operator of this website, and throughout the site, references to “we,” “us,” and “our” pertain to Illadel.Ink. Your use of this website and/or any purchase made on it signifies your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service. Additionally, you are bound by any supplementary terms, conditions, policies, and notices that are referenced on this site.

Products and Services
Certain products or services may be exclusively available online through our website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are only eligible for returns or exchanges according to our Return Policy.

We have attempted to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible on the website. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your computer monitor will be precise since everyone’s screen/display on their device is different.

Our product prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We retain the right to modify or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time and without notice.

Claims For Damaged or Missing Orders
Illadel.ink is not responsible for any orders/packages/boxes once they are dropped off to the courier. If your order is damaged or lost while in transit you must file a claim with the respective courier to have them reimburse you the money for the damaged/lost item(s).

The customer must initiate the claim process with the shipping courier by going to their website and filling out the online claim form. This is not our job. We will however do whatever we can to help the customer with the claim process.

We can send you copies of the invoice, packing slip, order number & info, receipts, etc. but the customer must file the claim since they are the one to be reimbursed.

As it was previously mentioned- Illadel.ink is not in any way, shape, or form responsible for any orders or packages once they have been dropped off to the courier. We can not send new products, replace damaged products, or refund the cost of the damaged product(s). This needs to be handled by the claim filed with the respective courier. They are the ones to reimburse the customer.

If you do not submit all the needed information the courier needs to reimburse you that is not our problem. As mentioned earlier, we will forward any info we have that will help the customer file their claim, but we are not responsible for the reimbursement of funds or replacing products.

Declined Orders and Service
We retain the right to decline any orders placed on our website. Quantities purchased per person, household, or order may be restricted or canceled at our discretion. These limitations may apply to orders made under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders using identical billing and/or shipping details. If we decide to modify or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by reaching out to the email and/or billing address/phone number provided during the order placement.

We reserve the right to restrict or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, seem to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. Additionally, we may choose to cancel orders of unusually large quantities of the same color item or product at our discretion. This decision is based on concerns related to individuals placing significant orders and subsequently disputing the payment with their credit card company or bank, leading to a withdrawal of funds from our account.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions
From time to time, our site or service may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, which may include, but are not limited to, product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, and transit times. We reserve the right to rectify any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to modify or update information, or cancel orders if any information in the service or on any related website is found to be inaccurate at any time, without prior notice, even after you have placed your order.

We are not under any obligation to update, amend, or clarify information in the service or on any related website, including, but not limited to, pricing information, except as required by law. We provide no assurance that the information in the service or on any related website has been modified or updated. Any specified update or refresh date should not be interpreted as an indication that all information in the service or on any related website has been altered or updated.

Indemnification
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you acknowledge and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Illadel.Ink and its employees, licensors, suppliers, service providers, subcontractors, and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees. This indemnification is made by any third party and arises from or is related to your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference. It also includes any violation of any law or the rights of a third party committed by you.
