Jumbo Pilot Supercolor Marker (Xylene)

The Jumbo Pilot Supercolor Marker is a classic marker writers have been using for decades because of the sturdy design and high quality, opaque ink.

The Jumbo Pilot is a capillary marker, meaning the aluminum barrel has a felt or cotton “filling” that stays saturated with ink. Capillary action is different than valve action markers because they rely on gravity to push the ink to the nib instead of a valve system.

This marker is filled with permanent xylene-based ink that is nice & opaque, permanent, and leaves a nice ghost on most surfaces when buffed.

The chisel tip nib measures 11mm and is made of sturdy old school felt. The nib is double-sided so once the one side becomes too worn out you can unscrew the head and yank the nib out, flip it around and slide it back in, giving you a brand new razor-sharp nib.

The Jumbo Pilot works well on just about any porous and non-porous surface.
